10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. We separate them into two kinds.

Necessary (always on). These make the site work and keep it safe, and they do not track you across other websites. They include remembering your cookie choice, remembering which link or campaign brought you to our site so we know where a request came from, and a security check that protects our forms from automated abuse.

Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile). Our sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated programs. When the form is shown, Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details, to run this check. We use it only to protect the form, not for advertising or analytics. Cloudflare may process this information on servers outside Canada (see section 11).

Analytics (only with your consent). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, so that we can improve it. We use IP anonymization. Analytics stays off until you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are used, and the site works the same way. Google may process this information on servers outside Canada (see section 11).

Your choices. You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, and you can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, although this may limit certain features of the website.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your data is primarily hosted within Canada. In cases where we utilize servers located abroad, we ensure that strict contractual agreements protect the integrity and security of your data. This applies, for example, to the security check on our sign-up form (Cloudflare) and, if you accept analytics, to Google Analytics.

12. Office Video Surveillance

Our physical offices in Laval employ security cameras solely to protect assets and premises. These cameras do not record audio, and access to recordings is strictly limited.
